I don't know. She just is one. You have to know her to truly appreciate it, I guess. But I guess it started when I was reading the last Harry Potter book on a road trip and she started harassing me for it (mostly because I was wrapped up in the book and she didn't have anybody to talk to). Other than that, it's kind of hard to explain. She's just a dork, in a fun, loveable way. Sorry I can't offer a better explanation. But actually, I think Beckster on a sign would annoy her way more than Giant Nerd. I, of course, am not advocating doing any such thing... in no way, shape or form!!! For my own personal safety, I ask you to refrain.
